In the Villa there are  nr 5  3-room apartments with lake view.               
Two apartments are on the ground floor and they have a privat garden and access directly into the green park (accessible for all guests). Two apartments are on the first floor and have a balcony.               
One suite is an attic wtih balcony.               
All the modern furnished apartments have a kitchen : gas stove (no oven), microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and all what is necessary. All the apartments has central heating, bathroom with shower, TV sat and safety box.               
On the balcony there are: table, chairs and deck-chair.
