Price list 2011

 Open the whole year. Prices from 27/10/12 until 20/12/12  the lower season + Euro 70,00 extra for heating!

 Prices for one apartment a week with arrival and departure on saturday (or wednesday) and from 07/07 until  25/08/12 only on saturday.
For small journey or arrival and depature in another days, make we the price.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

 For reservation, check-in, delivery key, payments and various informations during your stay, please turn to RESIDENCE RUCULI - OLDESIO DI TIGNALE , which You will find on the main road, 3 KM before Villa San Valentino.

Included in price: gas, electricity, water, heating, bed linen, towels and final cleaning (You are kindly requested to clean the kitchen before leaving)

To pay at arrival day: You are kindly requested to settle the bill at arrival in RESIDENCE RUCULI
Turisttax: Euro 0,50 a person a day

Possible extras: cleaning extra during the week Euro 30,00
change of sheets Euro 15,00 a persona
change of towels Euro 5,00 a person
Animals are welcome: Euro 30,00 a week

Arrival from 4.00 until 7.00 p.m. (coming in Reception Residence Ruculi)
Departure until 10.00 a.m.

Advance booking:
When you book until 28/02/2012, you will receive a discount of 5% (not included the eventual extras)

Account reservation
With your reservation we request to send us an account of Euro 100,00. When it doesn't arrive in 15 days we are not longer obligated to reserve the apartment. In case of cancellation, we keep the account. When we have other apartments available, we still keep value the account for another reservation in the current year. If you cancel 15 days before arrival day or less, then the account remain to us and is not possibile to use anymore! (in this case it is also possibile we put in charge a penalty)
